Greenville Theatre & Arts Company (G.T.A.C.)
The Greenville Theatre Arts Center (GTAC) was founded in 1992 in the heART of Greenville, NC by the founder, Annette Campbell. GTAC is a Non-Profit Organization that was established to educate, elevate, and expand the souls of inspiring artists, youth, and creative individuals through knowledge, experience, and resources within the community. We believe that every individual has a unique gift and that gift can be used not only to make the community a better place, but can make the world a more peaceful, artistic environment.
We focus on encouraging, empowering, and motivating people of all ages, race, ethnicities, and sex through the five elements of fine arts which are; Performing Arts, Creative Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Arts, and Musical Arts. The nonprofit organization engages students in communities that undergo traumatic experiences, and systematic injustice. The organization forms partnerships with various organizations and other agencies within North Carolina.
The program offerings of the organization serve as a direct response to the need of the community, which gives a chance to shine as talented individuals and an opportunity to gain a home in the society. The Greenville Theatre Arts Center Dance Theatre Program is an mentoring program involving musical arts, performing arts, visual arts, applied arts, and creative arts to provide artistic healing and opportunities in the communities to pursue dreams to earn a productive position in the society and industry of the field of Fine Arts.
